Sculpt Cycle 45
Our signature total body cycling class that is packed with interval series, rhythm riding, and upper body work in 45 minutes. This class incorporates a weights series and core exercises to improve strength, stability and coordination while increasing endurance. A challenging class for all skill levels.

Sculpt Cycle 60
Our signature total body cycling class that is packed with interval series, rhythm riding, and upper body work in 60 minutes. This class incorporates a weights series and core exercises to improve strength, stability and coordination while increasing endurance. A challenging class for all skill levels.

Sculpt Fusion (Cycle + Yoga)
The perfect union of total body cycling, body weight training, core work, and yoga in a balanced, athletic workout. Each Sculpt Fusion class starts off with a high-intensity cycling session designed to push you to your limits, and then transitions to our yoga studio to top it off with strength moves designed to sculpt toned arms and a chiseled core, and yoga-based stretches designed to release tight hips, hamstrings, and lower back muscles. This highly effective workout yields fast results, and will leave you drenched in sweat and wanting more! All levels are welcome.


Sculpt Fusion (Cycle + Yogalates)
The perfect union of total body cycling, body weight training, core work, and yogalates in a balanced, athletic workout. Each Sculpt Fusion class starts off with a high-intensity cycling session designed to push you to your limits, and then transitions to our yoga studio to top it off with a combination of Pilates & Yoga to stretch and strengthen your body. All levels are welcome in this total body workout.

Cycle 360 Fusion (Cycle + Sculpt 360)
A special 80 minute class that combines both Sculpt Cycle and Sculpt 360 into one class. All levels are welcome, but be ready to push yourself and SWEAT! This is where intensity meets inclusiveness.

Yoga Basics
Our Yoga Basics class is designed specifically for beginners with alignment cues, demonstrations, and assists to help you develop and deepen your practice. The vinyasa flow and sun salutations are much slower and are broken down posture by posture. This class is also a great refresher for more experienced practitioners to go back to the basics and work on alignment and breathing.


Yoga All Levels
45/60/75 minute vinyasa class for all levels. Flow through a sequence of breath synchronized movements, and postures in a comfortable 80 studio. Revitalize the mind and body, and enjoy each teacher’s unique style in this class as you build strength, endurance and flexibility.

Yogalates
A hybrid of Pilates & Yoga to stretch and strengthen your body. The emphasis is on core control in all poses and focus on breathing while in motion. All levels are welcome in this total body workout.

Sculpt 360
Sculpt 360 is a fast-paced, full body workout that combines the best of cardio, strength training and yoga. This class features the use of individual hand-weights (up to 10 lbs) to target all major muscle groups. Exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, and bicep curls will build your overall strength, boost your cardiovascular system and increase lean muscle mass. Add this class to your routine and see the benefits immediately. All levels are welcome, however be prepared to push your limits and SWEAT! SHOES ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
